GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
All our tours are guaranteed with a minimum of two participants.
We ask you to inform us, during the booking process, of any specific physical needs of the participants.
Pets are not allowed on our regular tours, but are on private tours that are organized to accommodate any special needs.
During the tour, the instructions provided by the guide must be followed.
Each tour includes: the return transfer service from the pick-up point, indicated at the time of booking, with a 9-seater minivan, a multilingual guide and everything indicated in “the tour includes” at the end of the description of each tour
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Up to 24 hours before departure there is no penalty, less than 24 hours there is a penalty of 50% and for no shows there is a penalty of 100%.
Departure and arrival times may vary, up to a maximum of 30 minutes, even without notice, due to traffic reasons, technical faults or causes beyond our control.
In the event of time and/or itinerary changes due to unforeseen circumstances relating to the destinations of our itinerary, refunds will be assessed based on the specific circumstance. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the trip for reasons beyond our control, but the cost of the tour will be fully refunded.
